RETURNS, REFUNDS AND EXCHANGES

Returns Policy During Closure

As All Newborn Props is closing, purchases are considered final and we are unable to accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, incorrect colour or size choice, or items that are no longer required, except where a return is required by applicable law.

Please check product descriptions, colours, measurements and other product details carefully before placing your order.

This policy applies to all products, including both full-price and discounted items.

Nothing in this policy affects any statutory rights that cannot legally be excluded or restricted.

Faulty, Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives faulty or damaged, or you receive an incorrect item, please contact us at [email protected] as soon as possible after delivery, including your order number and photographs where relevant.

Please do not return any item without contacting us first. Due to customs requirements for returns into Lithuania, specific return instructions may be required.

All Newborn Props reserves the right to refuse acceptance of items returned without prior authorisation, where permitted by applicable law.

Refunds

Where you are legally entitled to a refund, it will be made to the original payment method.

Once processed, please allow several working days for the refund to appear in your account. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.

Exchanges

We are unable to offer exchanges, except where required by applicable law.
