WHAT IS ALL NEWBORN PROPS REWARDS PROGRAM?
All Newborn Props Rewards Program is our newly launched loyalty program designed to reward you for taking your newborn photography journey with us! Through the program, you will be eligible to earn Points whenever you engage with All Newborn Props, such as making a purchase or reviews.
Rewards Program started 13/2/2018. We structured the program to be effective retroactively to January 1, 2018. Any purchases made since that date will be automatically reflected in your All Newborn Props account! No adjustments on previous years purchases.
HOW DO I EARN POINTS?
You can earn points via the following activities:
Sign Up: New customers who sign up for the program will get started with 100 Points! If you have an existing account, no worries! Your first 100 points were added to your account.
Purchases: All qualifying purchases earn points for every euro spent. 1 euro earns 1 Point.
Reviews: Leave a product review on allnewbornprops.com for 30 Points. Max 3 reviews between orders per customer.
HOW TO REVIEW A PRODUCT?
We love to hear your feedback about our product. When writing a review, please note the following guidelines:
– Reviews allow site members to share feedback on purchased products.
– Focus on the product and your experience using it.
– Provide details as to why you like or dislike the product.
– All submitted reviews are read by our moderators and are subject to our terms. All Newborn Props reserves the right to not post a review or to withdraw a posted review for any reason. Your review will be excluded if it violates our guidelines and/or general terms.

WHAT IF I MADE A PURCHASE WITH A GUEST ACCOUNT?

HOW DO I REDEEM ALL NEWBORN PROPS POINTS?
To redeem your Points, simply add items to your shopping cart, and click the “Checkout” button (please remember you MUST be signed in!). When you get to the Shopping Cart, you’ll see a box that that says “Use X points for a X discount on this order! Apply Discount”. When you click it, you will be asked to enter the amount of Points you want to use. Your Points will be used and the euro value will be deducted from your order total. Done!
HOW DO I USE MY ALL NEWBORN PROPS POINTS?
Once you reach 100 Points, you will have the option of redeeming them for a 3€ discount which can be applied to a future All Newborn Props purchase.
DO MY POINTS EVER EXPIRE?
Yes. Points are eligible for redemption up to twelve (12) months from the date they are originally earned.
HOW DO I CHECK HOW MANY POINTS I HAVE?
Click on the My Account tab on the top right hand corner of any All Newborn Props page and select the My Points tab to see how many Points you have accumulated.
I JUST PLACED AN ORDER / SIGNED UP / LEFT A REVIEW BUT I DON’T SEE POINTS ADDED TO MY ACCOUNT.
Not to worry! Sometimes it takes our system a few minutes to process and apply points to your account. If you don’t see the points in your account after 24 hours, please email us at [email protected] with your order number and we’ll take care of it for you!
WHAT HAPPENS IF MY ORDER IS RETURNED OR CANCELLED?
Any Points associated with that order will be deducted from your All Newborn Props account balance.
HOW DO I LEAVE THE ALL NEWBORN PROPS PROGRAM?
We’re sorry to see you go! If you would like to leave the All Newborn Props Program, please email us at [email protected] and write “cancel membership” in the subject line and we will deactivate your account. The email must come from the account currently listed on our servers as being associated with your Rewards Program. Please note that deactivating your account will cause you to lose any accrued points. You may re-enroll in the Program at any time, however, your Points balance will reset to zero.
