Shipping Worldwide from the European Union
All orders are shipped from Lithuania, a member of the European Union. We deliver newborn photography props to Germany, France, the UK, the USA, Canada, Japan and many other countries worldwide.
Processing Times
- Ready‑made products: Dispatched within 1–2 business days.
- Made‑to‑order products: Created with care and dispatched within 1–2 weeks. Estimated dispatch dates are displayed on each product page.
- Please note that orders placed during sales or product launches may require additional processing time.
Combined Orders
If your order includes both Ready‑made and Made‑to‑order products, or several Made‑to‑order products with different dispatch dates, all items will be shipped together at the latest estimated date.
However, we may choose to split shipments based on availability at our discretion.

A flat shipping rate is applied per order — the delivery cost stays the same no matter how many items you purchase. The final shipping fee is shown at checkout.
Delivery Methods
Most parcels are shipped via national postal services with tracking. In some cases, we may use trusted couriers depending on the destination and parcel size. All shipments include tracking.

Shipping Within the European Union
If you are ordering from a country within the European Union, there are no additional customs duties, import VAT, or handling fees.
We ship to all EU member states, including: Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Cyprus, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, and Sweden.
Shipping to the United Kingdom

Shipping to the USA, Canada, Japan and Other Countries
Orders shipped outside of the European Union may be subject to customs duties, local VAT or import taxes. These charges are set by your country’s customs authorities and must be paid by the recipient upon delivery. Unfortunately, we cannot estimate these costs, as they vary by country and order value.
Pricing and Currency
All prices on our website are shown in Euros (€). You may see estimated prices in your local currency, but your final charge will be processed in EUR.
Order Tracking
Every order is shipped with a tracking number. You will receive an email notification with tracking information once your parcel is dispatched.
Unclaimed or Returned Orders
If your package is not accepted, picked up, or is returned to us, we will charge a €19 fee to cover handling and return costs. To avoid this charge, please collect your order within 14 days of delivery to your local post office or parcel point.
Orders over €300 require a signature upon delivery. Some lower‑value parcels may also require a signature depending on your location.
Responsibility for Late Deliveries
All Newborn Props cannot be held responsible for any losses, delays, costs, or other inconveniences caused by late deliveries. We always do our best to ship on time and use reliable couriers, but delays due to customs, strikes, or weather are beyond our control.
